Shipping and returns

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Premonition Designs are happy to offer you a refund or exchange ONLY if the product is faulty and returned within 14 days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, if you arrange to return your item and it arrives in the original condition, ie. unworn with no marks or makeup on it, in a re-sellable condition with original tags and packaging, within 14 days, we are happy to offer you a credit note or exchange. Customers are responsible for additional postage costs due to incorrect ordering or change of mind. 

You will need to contact onlinesales@premonitiondesigns.com prior to returning your order to obtain a Return Authorisation number. Strictly, NO RETURNS will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number. 


SHIPPING TERMS

Premonition offers $12.90 shipping Australia wide.

When you place an order for an item/s online, you will receive an 'order confirmation' email. This is not the same as a 'shipping confirmation' email. Please note that depending on the volume of orders we receive (it can get quite busy for us) that the process of sourcing and putting together your order from our warehouse can take up 5 working days.

We do our very best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any specific concerns. 

Australian orders are sent out via Express Post, and you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which is accessible and able to be monitored via the Australia Post website. Here you can check the location of your order once it has been picked up by Australia Post.

Once posted, depending on when it is picked up, what time of the week it is, and how far away it is being sent to, Express Post orders will take anywhere from overnight to three days. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the actual time in transit.

For international orders, you will be emailed a tracking number once the goods are dispatched. Your order can be tracked by entering this number in the field provided on the Australian DHL website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

*Please note that if you are deemed to be in an 'outer' area where the courier costs can reach up to $100, we will contact you to organize further shipping payment before sending your order. Don't worry - we will not send your order without first getting approval from you.

A reliable contact phone number is compulsory, please be advised that if you do not provide your number it may cause lengthy delays in receiving your package. We have had cases of packages coming back to us as local post offices have been unable to get a hold of customers after repeated delivery attempts. In these cases, the customer will foot the bill for re-sending of the order.

Any returns must be made at buyer's expense and original shipping costs will not be refunded on return of the item.

Depending on your location, international orders should take 5-10 working days. Although most orders arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. There have been instances of parcels taking 3-4 weeks to arrive. Premonition has no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for orders lost in the post or any other external reason that is out of Premonition's control.
