SHIPPING TERMS
When you place an order for an item/s online, you will receive an 'order confirmation' email. This is not the same as a 'shipping confirmation' email. Please note that depending on the volume of orders we receive (it can get quite busy for us) that the process of sourcing and putting together your order from our warehouse can take up 5 working days.
We do our very best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any specific concerns.
Orders are sent out via Express Post, and you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which is accessible and able to be monitored via the Australia Post website. Here you can check the location of your order once it has been picked up by Australia Post.
Once posted, depending on when it is picked up, what time of the week it is, and how far away it is being sent to, Express Post orders will take anywhere from overnight to three days. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the actual time in transit.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Premonition is Australia’s fashion store and we are committed to excellence in retailing. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of this commitment.
This is reflected in our Returns Policy and means that you can shop at Premonition with confidence knowing that we can offer you repairs, exchanges and refunds.
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Premonition may offer you a repair, exchange or refund on most merchandise. Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repairer.
Refunds will not be provided on merchandise unless the product is faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you and, at our discretion, if the packaging is unopened and all original tags are attached.
If you have simply changed your mind, Premonition may not offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Premontion may, at its discretion, provide you with a repair or exchange to the current value of the goods on most merchandise.
Please note that Premontion has the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair or an exchange.
Returns must be lodged no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch. They must be sent back with tags still attached, as new.
This policy applies to online transactions only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Please be aware that returns are generally not possible with items that have been shipped internationally, due to the high cost of shipping overseas.
Any returns must be made at buyers expense and original shipping costs will not be refunded on return of the item.
Depending on your location, international orders should take 7-10 working days. Although most orders arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. There have been instances of parcels taking 3-4 weeks to arrive. Premonition has no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.
If you are concerned, we are happy to call Australia Post for you from this end and enquire as to your order, and email you back with its status.
