Womens Autumn 2013 Collection

Premonition's Autumn Collection 2013 for Women is an exploration of space-time and the universe.

In designing this collection, we mused over space colonization and the future of humankind, and the impact this might have upon fashion. We arranged mood boards with images from NASA, sci-fi films and our own interpretation of the effect galactic travel would have on the way lifestyle and attire would need to change. The visual backdrop of the universe - hostile yet strikingly quiet and beautiful - is the design aesthetic. From this emerged a base of dark and mute colours which give rise to metallics, and a truly cosmic palette. Warm and bright tones spill from black, forest green, gold and silver; a visual journey.

Acute asymmetrical finishes and abstracted colours combine with mesh, lycra and viscose to establish a smoothness and sharpness in keeping with our motifs of space and technology. We want the Premonition woman to feel equal parts powerful and beautiful.

As always, a strong element of wearability permeates this collection, and we have placed much value on both the quality of materials used, and the production refinements. Sheer and cut-out tops compliment and contrast our range of all-over print, metallic and structured bottoms, and we’ve an array of dresses and outerwear to tie these looks together. Although futurism is a motif, we went for a timelessness with these pieces and maintained the feminine ethos we’re all about at Premonition.

Welcome to a city where the sun always shines, the landscape erupts with colour and laughter, and the rivers carve shapes through it all.

This Spring, Premonition invites you to sip from a cocktail of toxic colours, and indulge in a frenzy of geometric cuts and patterns! Each garment has been thoughtfully and purposefully designed with all others in mind, so it's easy and fun to mix it up this season!

Women can find a spicey and sweet mix of textures and embellishments that give rise to all things spring: youth, life, love, colour! Sequins, zips, mesh, and a contrasting palette make for a rich and fun collection that will see you through the summer festivals and the warm nights spent bar-hopping.

We boast several cut out tops, asymmetrical finishes, and all over prints, and a play between acidic colour and architectural design lends to a range of clothing that is both practical and pretty. Lycra, leather, denim and lace burst from our womens collection.

An array of original street and event wear ensure your Spring fling - whatever it may be - is one to remember.

Men will find contrast stitching, coloured panelling, straps, cuffs, bold seams and buttons; these are the brush strokes on you, the Spring canvas!

A healthy dose of singlets and tanks, patterned tees, chinos and harems are permeated by stylised basics, detailed shirting and outerwear to give the impression of accidentally cool and casual.

Motifs of sport and art blend to create something truly unique; it's as much about how you feel as it is how you look. Our Spring Collection celebrates the communing of movement and beauty, as Spring is definitely about both!

Our Women’s Winter Collection for 2012 is inspired by the Medieval and Early Romanticism.

Think castles and cathedrals, knights and sorceresses, jewels and chivalry.

This collection recalls as much the very architecture as it is does the aesthetic ethos of the Middle Ages. Magentas, purples and rich blues meld sumptuously with the more subdued elegance of coffees, tans and stones, an allusion to the way stain glass windows were so beautifully set in stone façades.

Lush velvets, suedes and leathers smoulder in a collection of dresses, maxi skirts and outerwear that convene to bring to life a vision that has for centuries danced on the pages of fiction literature. A subtle regalness accompanies our Winter 2012 Collection for Women, and the club/event wear cheekily revisits the chicness of Studio 54 (a very different sort of an empire!).

As much as this collection pays tribute to a time gone by, it commemorates modern femininity.
